What is BodyTite?

The BodyTite device is powered by radiofrequency assisted lipolysis (RFAL) technology, where thermal energy is used under the skin to tighten and remove unwanted fat. The Radiofrequency energy is channeled through a cannula and spread evenly to the different layers of the skin; heat is gradually produced, which liquefies the excess localized subcutaneous fat. This melted fat can be removed through sculpting and contouring liposuction surgery. This results in a smoother, tighter contour and skin texture without the lumps, bumps, and irregularities of regular Liposuction.

This procedure can be performed without Liposuction if there is little to no fat present, with only skin tightening to be performed. Generally, some form of liposuction surgery is always required.

BodyTite can also be used to treat areas conventionally treated with surgery.

In breast lift surgery, the goal is to obtain a better appearance by restoring a youthful breast shape and tightening the surrounding skin. In suitable patients who require minor lifting InMode BodyTite combined with external microneedling(Morpheus8) can be used as a non-surgical breast lift treatment. After surgery, a RF device such as Velashape can be used to maintain the surgical results, stimulate collagen production, tighten the desired area, and produce a long-term lift. A surgical procedure combined with BodyTite can be performed for those with severe breast sagging.

Lax skin of the inner thighs can be treated with a combination of Liposuction and the InMode BodyTite system. After removing fat from the thighs via the liposuction procedure, Dr Ching uses BodyTite to “shrinkwrap” the skin with internal heating to contour the thighs and melt any remaining unwanted fat beneath the skin.

BodyTite allows for the accurate tightening and lifting of the areas treated and helps to tweak these tricky areas when used with Liposuction. If there is significant skin laxity, a surgical thigh lift may need to be performed.

What is FaceTite?

Although we exercise or diet, genetics can leave us with stubborn pockets of fat in areas like the neck and lower face, giving us a less defined, tight and contoured look. FaceTite uses the same radiofrequency energy  as BodyTite but with a smaller probe suitable for more delicate areas such as the chin, jowls, cheeks, neck and jawline. This targeted energy improves the appearance of skin and facial features by stimulating collagen production, which tightens and firms facial skin. In carefully selected patients, this gives an effect similar to a facelift leading some people to refer to this technique as a non-surgical facelift. In certain cases, combining FaceTite to heat and internally contract the skin is followed by a liposuction surgery to remove stubborn fat and provide improved definition.

Patients with poor jawline definition and loose skin under the chin will benefit from a minimally invasive InMode FaceTite/AccuTite procedure. The two devices used together can help achieve a sharper, contoured, and defined jawline.

Morpheus8 is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation procedure that combines microneedling with Radiofrequency energy. This stimulates the skin to produce new collagen and elastin, which firm, smooths and enhances facial skin appearance. This can be combined with FaceTite to improve the final result.

What is AccuTite?

AccuTite (or “Baby FaceTite”) is the smallest minimally invasive RF contraction device available on the market and uses the same technology as the FaceTite; however, it is used to tackle more delicate areas, such as the area around the eyes, brow, nasolabial folds, eyelids, eyebrows, marionette lines, jawline, neck, hands, armpit fat/loose skin, and intimate areas.

Is it Painful?

A local anaesthetic is administered before the procedure to numb the treatment area to minimize pain and discomfort. Although some patients choose to be asleep for the procedure, a general anaesthetic is unnecessary. The local anaesthetic may have a “burning” sensation as it takes effect. There is no pain during the procedure, and there may be minimal pain during the healing process.

Am I a Good Candidate?

The best patients for FaceTite, BodyTite, and AccuTite procedures are those at their goal weight with mild skin laxity.

FaceTite and AccuTite are ideal for patients who are not yet ready for a surgical neck lift or a facelift or who want to avoid surgery yet require improved skin tightening.

1. Areas such as the jawline, lower face, and neck can be treated with FaceTite;
2. Stomach, arms, back, flanks, thighs (inner and outer), buttock and or chest/breasts,  buttock roll, knees and can be addressed with BodyTite;
3. Smaller areas such as the marionette lines (mouth lines), nasolabial folds (smile lines), periorbital (around eyes) area, knees, jowls, bra roll, and vagina can be treated with AccuTite.

While non-invasive, energy-based devices like Thermage and Ulthera can tighten the skin and prevent sagging with many treatments over time, The “Tites” at Precision Aesthetics, ie.
