Botulinum Toxin

Botulinum toxin, referred to as “Botox” by patients, is an injectable that temporarily reduces or removes wrinkles and fine facial lines. The most often treated areas are frown lines, forehead creases, and crow’s feet near the eyes. Other areas have also been treated, such as thick bands in the neck, thick jaw muscles, lip lines and gummy smiles.

Botulinum toxin injections should only be performed by experienced healthcare professionals.
